CTO – JASON MORRISSEY
Accomplished and industry leading applied mathematician and engineer with expert domain knowledge and expertise across the global mining and water recourse management/engineering sector.
CFO – LEE MAUGHAN
Lee is a chartered accountant and commercially focused Finance Director with 20 years professional and industry experience, running, building, and scaling early-growth stage business. Lee has a background as CFO as well as Director of the Entrepreneurial Business team with Deloitte where he was responsible for delivering accounts, audit, tax and M&A advisory services. He has also held posts as Vice Chair of Institute of Directors and regional President ICAEW. Leepassionate about ensuring early-growth stage businesses can scale through clear financial management.
COO – GARETH OWEN
Entrepreneur and Chartered Geologist with track record of founding and running multiple businesses with climate change adaptation and resilience at their core. Gareth has over 20 years experience delivering complex technical solutions to problems involving the ground, groundwater and surface water in the UK and internationally.
CMO – LOWRI HILL
Brand, copy and media expert with a flair for creativity and a track record of driving sophisticated marketing campaigns for a host of multi-nationals.
BENJAMIN DAVIES – DIGITAL DESIGNER
Awarded a 1st Class degree in Graphic Communication – now Engaging in all things digital with a particular passion for User-Interface and web design.
KYOMI MARTYN – ANIMATOR AND GRAPHIC DESIGNER
A highly imaginative graphic designer that channels infinite creativity into brand graphics and social media content that grabs attention.
HYDRO SPECIALIST – MARY JEDDERE-FISHER
Holds a 1st Class degree in applied mathematics from Cambridge University and Masters degree in fluid dynamics, plus over ten years’ experience in large scale strategic hydrological and hydraulic assessments.
SENIOR SOFTWARE DEVELOPER – PERRY RYLANCE
A highly experienced and versatile coder and software specialist conversant in a variety of languages and platforms with international experience.
CREATIVE DIRECTOR – ANDREW MINTON
Over 20 years’ experience encompassing UX, UI, branding, motion design, web and app development as well as multi-channel campaign roll-out (supported by a team of in-house developers, designers and software engineers) .
SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER – LARRY BOLT
Larry is a seasoned web engineer with experience in a diverse range of technology and is obsessive about quality, scalability, and maintainability. Outside of work Larry is busy building a home for his family around the Swedish fjords, ice staking & automating the world with his IoT adventures.

He is the founder and CEO of water strategy consultancy, Water Foundry and is also the CEO of the Colorado River Basin Fund, the first placed-based water-focused investment fund in the United States.
Charlie Fitts
Owner of Fitts Geosolutions – AnAqSim
Fitts Geosolutions founder Charlie Fitts is the author of AnAqSim (analytic aquifer simulator), software for simulating groundwater. In 2022, Charlie became a strategic partner and after, Yellow Sub Geo acquired the IP to AnAqSim to enable further developments to the product.
